WIFI Internet HotSpot

Your RedHotSpot can be installed at any location where a high speed internet connection is available. It is your responsibility to verify that your internet connection provider allows shared usage.

Members of the public who access your RedHotSpot will be required to buy an Access Pass for usage. Our current public fee structure is as follows:

You, the RedHotSpot owner, will receive compensation for any Access Pass sold to a member of the public from your location. For sale of an Access Pass, you will receive 80% of the sales price.

As a RedHotSpot Operator, you agree to provide access to roaming users, who have bought access at another location. In return, other RedHotSpots will allow access from access passes sold at your location.

Access Passes are usable at any RedHotSpot location.

Access Vouchers are available for purchase by RedHotSpot owners. These Access Vouchers provide access only to your individual RedHotSpot (no roaming).

No commissions will be paid on sales or use of Vouchers.

Access Vouchers are intended to be used by the RedHotSpot owner when access service is included as a part of the owner’s normal service. For example, a RV Park operator may include a monthly access pass in the price of the rent for monthly customers, or a café owner could provide a one hour pass with every $10 lunch sale.

Commissions on sales of Access Passes will be paid at the end of each quarter.

Commissions will be paid in US Dollars.
